Have a room and an idea, but no piece yet? Tell us about it - we will propose the wood and the resin.

How it works

Six steps to delivery

Ordering a one-of-one piece should not feel like guesswork. Here is exactly what happens, in order, and how long each part takes.

The process

Six steps, start to delivery

01

Tell us about the space

Room dimensions, the clearance around the intended position and — most usefully — a photo. Describe the feeling you want rather than the product: calm, warm, architectural, dramatic.

Day 1
02

Materials and design

We propose combinations: wood species and slab character, whether the resin channel stays clear or carries stone or preserved moss, resin tint, base finish, and whether integrated LED lighting suits how you use the room.

Days 2–5
03

Confirmation and payment

Once dimensions and materials are agreed, the order is confirmed and paid in full. The slab is then selected and committed to your piece specifically.

Before production
04

Production

Selection and drying, sequential temperature-controlled pours, curing, then levelling, progressive sanding, hand polishing and base fitting. None of it can be shortened without the result showing it.

25–30 days
05

Packing and delivery

Each piece is packed by hand for transport. Shipping within Europe takes 5–10 business days and a tracking number is provided after dispatch.

5–10 days
06

Living with it

A soft damp cloth is the whole routine. No direct heat, no abrasives or solvents, no permanent unshaded sunlight. No oiling, unlike solid wood.

Your part

What we need from you

It is easier to build a surface around a space than to fit a space around a surface.

The more of this you can send at the start, the fewer rounds it takes to get the design right.

  • Room dimensions and the clearance around the intended position
  • A photo of the space, ideally in daylight
  • How the room is lit in the evening
  • How many people should sit at it
  • The feeling you are after, in your own words
  • Any colour or material that will sit alongside it

Nothing here is mandatory. If you only have a rough idea, start anyway — most projects begin with a photo and a sentence.

01

River tables explained

What you are actually commissioning: the slab, the pour, and why the finish takes longest.

02

Designing around a table

Clearances, lighting height and styling rules when the table is the centre of the room.

03

Why 30 days

A week-by-week account of where the production time actually goes.

04

Care guide

The three things to avoid, and why everything else is easier than it looks.
