Terms and Conditions

Orders placed here are a contract between you and Rêve Unique Furniture, an atelier based in Bulgaria, reachable at ruboutique6@gmail.com.

Registered company details (name, company number, VAT number and registered address) are to be completed before launch.

Every piece is made to order. Designs shown on this site are recreated from their drawings — they are never reproduced identically, because no two slabs of solid wood share the same grain, live edge or natural cracks.

Differences in grain, colour, resin tone and the position of stone or moss inclusions are inherent to the material. They are not defects and are not grounds for return.

Photographs show previous pieces made to the same design. Your piece will share the design, the dimensions and the materials agreed, but not the exact figure of the wood.

Prices are shown in euro. Delivery is not included in the price and is quoted separately for each piece, because the weight and dimensions of a slab vary too much for a flat rate.

Payment is by bank transfer, in full, before production begins. The slab is selected and committed to your piece only once payment is received. Bank details are sent with the order confirmation.

Production takes 25 to 30 days from confirmation of the design and receipt of payment. Most of that period is drying and curing, which cannot be shortened without affecting the piece.

Delivery within Europe takes a further 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, and a tracking number is provided. These periods are estimates made in good faith; a delay caused by the material, the courier or circumstances outside our control does not entitle you to cancel an order already in production.

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding provisions of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Every piece sold here is made to order to the dimensions and materials you choose, and therefore falls within that exception.

Before production begins — that is, before payment is received and the slab committed — you may cancel at no cost by writing to us.

Inspect the piece on delivery. If it arrives damaged in transit, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and of the packaging, and we will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund.

Your statutory rights in respect of goods that do not conform to the contract are unaffected by these terms and remain available for two years from delivery.

Epoxy resin is not resistant to direct heat. Use a trivet for anything hot. Clean with a soft damp cloth only — abrasives, acetone, alcohol-based cleaners and ammonia will damage the surface. Avoid permanent unshaded direct sunlight.

Damage caused by heat, solvents, abrasion or prolonged direct sun is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your own country’s law.
