Rêve Unique Furniture, an atelier based in Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at ruboutique6@gmail.com for any question about this policy or about the data we hold on you.

Registered company details (name, company number, VAT number and registered address) are to be completed before launch.

When you send an inquiry: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the category you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message. The page you sent it from is recorded with it.

When you place an order: your name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, the items ordered and the payment method chosen. We do not see or store your bank credentials — payment is made by transfer directly between you and your bank.

Automatically: your browser sets a session cookie so the shopping cart remembers what you put in it. We do not run advertising or profiling trackers on this site.

Inquiry data is used to answer you and to prepare a quote. The basis is your request — the steps taken before entering into a contract.

Order data is used to produce, invoice and deliver the piece you ordered. The basis is the performance of that contract, and for invoices, our legal obligation to keep accounting records.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Our hosting provider stores the site and its database on servers in the EU. A courier receives your name, address and phone number in order to deliver your piece. Our accountant sees invoice data as required by law. Nobody else receives it.

Inquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Order and invoice records are kept for the period Bulgarian accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete an inquiry sooner at any time.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Write to ruboutique6@gmail.com and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

This site sets only the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep a shopping cart and a checkout session working. They expire when the session ends or shortly after. There are no advertising, analytics or social-media cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop the cart from working but will not otherwise affect the site.
